It is being organ­ised by the Sloven­ian Acad­e­my of Sci­ences and Arts; the Uni­ver­si­ties of Ljubl­jana, Zagreb, Graz, and War­saw; Cen­tral Euro­pean Uni­ver­si­ty (CEU); Inter­na­tion­al Net­work of Excel­lence “Europa Renascens”; DANUBIUS Project (Uni­ver­sité de Lille); and the Insti­tut des Sources chré­ti­ennes.

The sym­po­sium is under the hon­orary patron­age of Mr Borut Pahor, the Pres­i­dent of the Repub­lic of Slove­nia.
